Quite possible the greatest thing ever invented. A truck with the wonder of bacon. For this visit, I had what they were calling the "lunch sampler". It was The Baco, 1/2 a BLT and a Street Taco.

The Baco may be the coolest thing ever. It's a few slices of bacon, formed into a taco shell. The insides are potato and cheddar cheese combo with a bacon and horseradish sour cream. Great combo of salty and some sweetness.

The BLT was ok, the best part was the bread. The Baguette with blue cheese spread was a great combo. The rest of the sandwich may be something I'd not like. I'm not a huge fan of Butter Lettuce that is used.

The Street Taco was very small, and not really worth mentioning.

At the end, we ordered The Brownie. It was a standard brownie with a bacon and nutella frosting. The frosting was by far the best part of the brownie.

Overall, I'd try them again. Maybe get some of the breakfast items they serve.
